Mahdia Palace Thalasso

Magnificent thalassotherapy experience, the treatments are excellent despite the fact that the thalasso area needs to be renovated. We found that the cleaning was not done at the main pool level.(the 6 days)Otherwise the rest is clean and the rooms spacious.The staff is smiling and welcoming despite that some staff are unpleasant.

1st time I have stayed at this establishment which was recommended to me by a friend. Booking made via Thalasseo, in 1/2 board (breakfast / dinner buffet formula) + relaxation cure over 2 days (8 treatments). If you want to add lunch on site, no worries, supplement of 60 dinars, very reasonable.The hotel is magnificent, spacious room, lush garden, the swimming pool is its surroundings very well maintained, direct access to the beach, the staff friendly, smiling, friendly.As for the buffet, there is a choice, everyone finds their happiness there.Thalgo Spa: before starting your treatments, you are received by a doctor who will establish your program according to your needs. In a few words, he understood that I was quite energetic (let's say speed 😂) and concocted a personalized program for me. Small dedication to Walid, excellent masseur that I recommend to you! When you have care, access to the infrastructures is included.Side animations c is quite minimalist but, I didn't come for that. I needed calm, sunshine and détente.La the small town of Madhia is 5/6 km from the hotel by taxi to stroll and drink a delicious mint tea.Successful stay 😊

Wonderful vacation, from September 27th to October 5th! The hotel is super! Wonderful staff! They will always help! Special thanks to the waiter atif! The food is very tasty and varied! People are kind and helpful! I will come next year! I recommend it! You won't regret it!!!

From the minute we arrived the staff at reception were excellent and most welcoming this set the tone for our stay all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, all in a fantastic holiday and we've already booked to return in April

We stayed at Hotel Mahdia twice this year, first in the first week of May and then again in early September. Both times, we had a very pleasant stay. The weather was naturally different, but we noticed the management’s efforts and dedication to maintaining high standards both times.
The beach was clean, and the staff were generally very kind and professional. A lady at reception, a couple of other receptionists, ladies who made pancakes and Mlewi, and some waiters were exceptionally friendly. Only a few staff members were strange, including one waiter and some male cleaners (tried to avoid requests for changing towels etc.). Minor issues in our room were fixed immediately after being reported at the reception.
The food was very good, with a suitable variety of options. One area for improvement would be the often long queues for omelettes at breakfast.
Cleanliness was generally good, although we noticed some differences between our two visits. In May, our room in the right-hand wing on the first floor was particularly well maintained. In September, room cleaning in the left-hand wing on level -2 (pool level) was usually scheduled around 13:30–14:00, during our afternoon siesta, which may have affected the cleaning quality. We understand that guests have different schedules, but a more flexible cleaning schedule and perhaps additional staff training could improve this aspect.
Momo, thanks for the nice time spent at archery. The Filip Travel local representatives were also kind and professional. If we visit Mahdia again, we would return to the same hotel.

Very nice complex, located right by the sea. The lobby lives up to the name Palace.Great selection of delicious food. By taxi (10,000TND= about 3.20€) it is 10 minutes to the medina in Mahdi. There is even a railway station nearby, the train goes to Sousse.

Everything was just great! We were absolutely delighted to stay at this hotel. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Momo for the excellent leisure time and activities he conducted.

the food choices were poor. two animators stand out Momo and Bobo. the others, unfortunately, are not very nice. this is also the case with the waiters. 2-3 dear.

In Tunis for the first time the hotel is nice it would need a little refresh. The choice of food is diverse, and the food is delicious. I wish I had more seafood. The staff and the program the hotel offers is great. The sea is right behind the hotel.

The program from the animation team was really great every day. The animators, especially Alex and Momo, have always provided a great atmosphere and made your day better. Whether dancing, volleyball or water polo it was always fun.
